Paul Callahan was 14 when he started working for Stambaugh Pole Building in Union Bridge, Maryland. Nearly a decade of raising post-frame structures taught him the craft — and gave him a clear idea of how a building ought to be done.
In 2005, Paul and his wife Megan struck out on their own and founded Pole Buildings Plus. They added the “Plus” on purpose — so the name would never limit what they could build for a client. Two decades and 650+ buildings later, the company has grown, but the values haven’t: client satisfaction first, quality and workmanship on every job, and a finished product customized to exceed each client’s expectations.
